Dear Prayer warriors,
99 days of war.......We are weary as the rest of the world is weary of this war. The destruction and havoc that russia has wrought in Ukraine is truly horrific. We continue to cry out to our Sovereign God to end this war as quickly as possible while remembering that He allowed this to happen and can use it for Kingdom purposes. The remaining in-country members of Holy Trinity Baptist Church have really stepped up to bat in caring for their fellow countrymen in need. They feed, counsel, clean up after, house, and fellowship with weary refugees on a daily basis. Yesterday was "Child Protection Day" in Ukraine and they held a special outreach for refugee children. Please pray for these children to remember that the Lord cares for them and wants to have a personal relationship with each of them. Please also pray for Anna, one of our refugees from Kharkiv. She delivered her baby two days ago. Her home was destroyed by the russians and now has 2 small children to care for. Pray for our church to minister to her and show the Love of Christ to her in a special way. We praise the Lord for allowing our church to qualify for reduced electricity tariffs. Our bill was cut to almost nothing this month, less than $100. This has been one of our biggest expenses as we heat and cook with electricity. This will allow our relief funds to be extended much longer. We praise the Lord that Oleg has had no more trouble crossing the border to visit our family. He is needed at church and with the refugees but just as much with his family. The Lord has shown real mercy to us in allowing him to travel back and forth. Many families do not have this option. Thank you for continuing to support our family and relief ministry. We covet your continued prayers, financial support, and encouragement! Sincerely, The Enskyys
