Need - $1,200+
Received and pledged - $1,100 (as of 8/4/2026) This morning, one of our men took a bus to the capital to handle some business for us at the bank. On the way back, he found out there were armed robbers on board. Along the way, they robbed all the people at gunpoint. He was the last one they robbed, and because he is an American, they made him stand up and checked all his pockets. They stole his new iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPods, and all his credit cards and personal funds, plus payroll for our staff. We are short by about $1200, plus his personal items. Today is payday, and I don’t have the funds to pay the employees. We have never had this happen before in my 41 years as a missionary, but I will swallow my pride and ask for your help if you can. BTW, this did not happen in one of our vehicles, on our properties, or even in a town where we serve; it happened along the roadway, more than an hour from our place. We are all completely safe and well, just needing to pay the staff and help this brother. Having a gun stuck in your stomach is bad enough, but to lose the funds that we just wired down, plus expensive tools for the ministry, makes it even worse. Thanks for your help and prayers.
